Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage period.
All exporters of plants who require to submit inspection results or supporting plant export documentation.
Information
Due to urgent maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), the Online Payment Portal (OPP) and the Plant Exports Management System (PEMS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Friday 22 March 2019 to 05:00 Saturday 23 March 2019 (AEDT).
Action
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
