Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to use the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned maintenance period.

Due to scheduled maintenance, BICON will be unavailable from 23:00 Saturday 05 October 2019 (AEST) to 03:15 Sunday 06 October 2019 (AEDT).

Clients are advised to complete and submit any in-progress import permit applications prior to the commencement of this planned maintenance period.
