Purpose
The purpose of this Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise that we are inviting industry consultation and feedback on the Methyl Bromide Fumigation Methodology.

- Consultation on the Methyl Bromide Fumigation Methodology is now open on our Have Your Say platform.
- The current version of the methodology is also available on the platform.
- Your feedback will be used to inform changes and further improvements to the methodology.
- The consultation period closes on 24 February 2023.
Background
We have been reviewing the current version of the Methyl Bromide Fumigation Methodology. Improvements are required to the methodology to better communicate our requirements and assist treatment providers to meet treatment requirements.
We invite all relevant stakeholders to take this opportunity to provide feedback and information on the methodology.
Engaging in consultation with stakeholders will provide us greater assurance on how fumigations are performed.
