Further to Industry Advice Notices (IANs) 2007/08, 2007/21 and 2007/32, this notice is to remind industry of the new legislation, relating to export of mung beans, taking effect on 1 November 2007.
The legislation for the export of mung beans from Australia is now reflected in the Export Control (Plants and Plant Products) Orders 2005 (as amended). The consolidated version of these amended orders should be available shortly on the internet, through Comlaw website or by following the links from the AQIS Export Legislation website.
