Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise exporters of planned outages for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system.
Summary of changes and key points
The department has planned NEXDOC maintenance plus planned maintenance to departmental systems affecting NEXDOC availability.
To ensure there is no disruption to your consignments, please do not lodge requests for exports (REXs) from:
- Friday 14 June 11.30 pm to Saturday 15 June 2024 02.00 am (AEST)
- Sunday 16 June 2024 9.00 pm to 11.59 pm (AEST).
