Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise exporters of an unplanned outage for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system.
Summary of changes and key points
To notify Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system users that NEXDOC will be impacted due to an unplanned outage.
To ensure there is no disruption to your consignments, please do not lodge requests for exports (REXs) during:
- Saturday 18 May – 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm (AEST).
