Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise exporters of honey and apiculture products of planned outages for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s (the department’s) Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system.
Summary of changes and key points
- The department has planned NEXDOC maintenance upgrades.
- To ensure there is no disruption to your consignments, please do not lodge request for exports (REXs) during these times.

- 11.00pm Saturday 18 November to 4.30am (AEDT) Sunday 19 November 2023
- 9.00pm to 11.00pm (AEDT) Wednesday 29 November 2023.
- NEXDOC is a system through which exporters can apply for export certification to export honey and apiculture products to certain markets.
