Purpose
To notify fish and fish product exporters that the transition period from EXDOC to Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system closes on Friday 29 November 2024.
Key points
- The transition period from EXDOC to NEXDOC for fish and fish products is closing.
- From 5.00pm Friday 29 November 2024 (AEDT) incomplete fish permit and export certificate requests (RFPs) currently in EXDOC cannot be completed in EXDOC.
- Trading partners will not accept EXDOC certification issued after 29 November 2024.
- RFP’s currently in EXDOC that are not at COMP will need to be set to COMP and certificates printed in time for the goods to be cleared by the importing country using EXDOC certification before 29 November 2024.
- Any RFP remaining in EXDOC post the closing date, will need to be lodged in NEXDOC.
- If you have an EXDOC certificate that requires replacing, you will need to contact the EXDOC Helpdesk email - exdoc.helpdesk@aff.gov.au.
