Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all export documentation (EXDOC) system users of an expected system maintenance and associated below outage.
- Sunday 25 February 2024 - 8.00pm to 11.59pm (AEDT)
Key points
The following services will be unavailable during the system outage window:
- Submitting or processing a Request for Permit (RFP)
- Authorising an RFP
- Processing, amending or issuing certificates through EXDOC
- Remote printing certificates
- Transmitting e-Cert messages
The purpose of the system maintenance is to improve reliability of EXDOC. Please note, this will not impact your software.
Exporter responsibilities
Please ensure you note the expected system outage timings.
If export permits or certificates are required during the outage period, exporters will need to ensure that the impacted RFPs are at ‘COMP’ status and printed prior to the outage.
If you are requesting export declarations (EDNs) through EXDOC, you must obtain a cleared EDN prior to the outage.
