Purpose
This Market Access Advice (MAA) is to notify exporters and industry about availability of an electronic export health certificate to export molluscs by airfreight to Indonesia.
Summary of key points
From 17 January 2024, the manual health certificate FXIN04 used for the export of live aquaculture molluscs to Indonesia will be replaced and be made available on the department’s Export Documentation System (EXDOC).
There will be no changes to information or attestations to be made by the exporter. The updated FXIN04 will, however, appear slightly different to the current certificate for product airfreighted under ambient conditions.
The request for permit (RFP) process will remain unchanged. You will be able to remote print the certificate.
Please note, Indonesia will only accept specific fish and fish products from Australia. Please refer to the Manual of Importing Country Requirements (Micor): Indonesia for details and listing requirements.
The Manual of Importing Country Requirements (Micor) will be updated to reflect this Market Access Advice.
If you would like further information or wish to obtain an application form to register for remote print, please contact foodexports@awe.gov.au.
