Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) users of a planned outage.
Key points
- There will be a planned NEXDOC web services outage between 8:30pm Friday 27 September 2024 and 12:01am Monday 30 September 2024.
- During this time Requests for Export (REX) for dairy and eggs commodity will not be able to be lodged, amended, or replaced via third party software/web services
- Please ensure that you complete all dairy and eggs REXs submitted via third party software/web services by 8:30pm Friday 27 September 2024. Alternatively, you can lodge, amend or replace dairy and egg REXs submitted via third party software/web services after 12:01am Monday 30 September 2024.
- If there is an urgent need to obtain export documentation during outage period, a REX can also be lodged via the NEXDOC portal.
