Key Points
As previously advised via IAN 2022-18, the department is implementing new dairy category codes as an outcome of the dairy category code review. From 26 September 2022 they will be available for use in the next export documentation (NEXDOC) system. Industry should update any export systems, training and instructional material affected by these changes prior to this implementation date.
As a reminder, the updated dairy category code list can be found in IAN 2022-18. From 26 September, an up to date list of dairy category codes will be available on the department’s website.
If there are any issues with the use of these new codes post implementation, please advise the department via email at dairyeggsfish@awe.gov.au.
