Purpose
To notify stakeholders of a planned outage for the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment’s (the department) exports systems.
Key points
The department has planned maintenance upgrades overnight between 28-29 and 29-30 April 2022.
During these outages, NEXDOC will be setting up and connecting to EU Traces NT. To ensure there is no disruption to your consignments please do not lodge request for exports (REXs) in the following timeframes:
- 9pm 28 April to 3am 29 April 2022
- 9pm 29 April to 3am 30 April 2022.
