Purpose
To notify registered export manufacturers, exporters and EDI users of updates to the dairy category code list.
Summary of key points
The department has recently been advised by the Australian Border Force that the AHECC codes used for lactoferrin need to be changed on our dairy category code list to 35022000. The list of changes is as follows:
- FZD – LACTOFERRIN – DC0467 – 35022000
- LAC – LACTOFERRIN – DC0467 – 35022000
- LAP – LACTOFERRIN PEROXIDASE – DC0468 – 35022000
- WEY – LACTOFERRIN 95% (NOT USA) – DC1522 – 35022000
- WEY – LACTOFERRIN – DC0467 – 35022000
- WEY – LACTOFERRIN PEROXIDASE – DC0468 – 35022000
- WEY – WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE 85 – DC0766 – 35022000
- WEY – LACTOFERRIN (IRON ADDED) – DC1154 – 35022000
- WHE – LACTOFERRIN PEROXIDASE (USA ONLY NON MOU PRODUCT) – DC0534 – 30522000
