Purpose
To notify stakeholders that the Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system has now replaced the Export Documentation (EXDOC) system for dairy and all request for permits (RFP’s) will need to be finalised in EXDOC. All new request for export (REX’s) should now be raised in NEXDOC.
Key points
The NEXDOC system went live for dairy on Monday 17 May 2021 and all export documentation should now be accessed through this system. The EXDOC system will be closed permanently for dairy products from 5.00pm (AEST) Sunday 13 June 2021. You have until this time to finalise any remaining RFP’s and print certification. You will not be able to progress any dairy documentation in EXDOC after this time. EXDOC is already closed for China certification, a separate industry advice notice has been issued on this 2021-11: NEXDOC Dairy – Changes to Certificates for China.
From Monday 14 June 2021, if you have any unused blue security paper, please return it to your nearest regional office. Please note, all other commodity certificates are still required to be printed on blue security paper through EXDOC.
