Who does this notice affect?
Importers and brokers of cargo who are awaiting clearance or document assessment from the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources on 28 September 2018.
What has changed?
The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be carrying out some urgent upgrades to IT infrastructure on 28 September 2018.
This means that all EDI messaging between the ICS, AIMS, SAC and S-Cargo, from 23:30 AEST Friday 28 September until 03:00 AEST Saturday 29 September 2018 will not be processed until after systems are restored.
There will be some short term delays after 03:00 AEST Saturday 29 September 2018 whilst the backlog is cleared. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your ongoing cooperation.
