Modernising agricultural statistics

We are working with the Australian Bureau of Statistics to modernise the agriculture statistics system. This will ensure current and future data needs are met, and support decision-making, planning and policy making.

Together we are using new statistical methods and data sources. This will provide more timely, accurate and regionally detailed data.
