National guidelines for use by the community, regulators and sewerage authorities, for management of the human health and environmental impacts of sewerage system overflows. Addresses overflows throughout a sewerage system, with the exception of those arising from internal plumbing systems within buildings. This document is one of a suite of documents forming the National Water Quality Management Strategy (NWQMS).
