Who does this notice affect?
All clients required to use the department’s Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).
COLS is currently experiencing an unscheduled outage. This issue is under urgent investigation by the department.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Clients who require their import cargo documentation to be assessed by the department during this outage can forward their documents to the department via email at Import Assessment.
To ensure your documents are directed to the correct processing team please ensure you use the subject header rules outlined in 20-2016 Notice to Industry.
