Who does this notice affect?
All clients using the Approved Arrangements system during this planned outage period.
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage period.
Due to scheduled maintenance, Approved Arrangements, the Cargo Online Lodgement System and the Post Entry Biosecurity System will be unavailable from 23:00 Wednesday 01 May to 00:30 Thursday 02 May 2019 (AEST).
Clients are advised to await the completion of this scheduled maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
