Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage period.
All clients using the Approved Arrangements system during this planned outage period.
UPDATE: This scheduled maintenance has been cancelled and an outage will not occur at the time below. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
Due to scheduled maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System, the Post Entry Biosecurity System and Approved Arrangements will be unavailable from 23:00 Thursday 11 April to 00:30 Friday 12 April 2019 (AEST).
No action required. This maintenance has been cancelled.
