Who does this notice affect?
All departmental clients who use the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS), Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) and the Maritime Arrivals Reporting System (MARS) and the Online Payment Portal (OPP).
What has changed?
The department experienced delays with the issuing of invoices and receipts from PEBS, COLS, MARS and the OPP. This service disruption has now been resolved.
This delay did not affect the functionality of PEBS, MARS, COLS and OPP applications
The department appreciates importers and brokers' patience with this issue and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
