Who does this notice affect?
All clients wishing to make payments using the Department’s Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Maritime Arrivals Reporting System (MARS), Online Payment Service (OPP) and Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) during this planned maintenance period.
Due to a scheduled outage of the department’s financial database, clients will experience delays receiving their invoices/receipts when making payments in COLS, MARS, OPP and PEBS between 23:30 Friday 11 January and 04:30 Saturday 12 January 2019 (AEDT).
If you have not received a copy of your invoice/receipt more than two hours after the conclusion of this scheduled outage period, please contact the department on 1800 900 090.
