Who does this notice affect?
All clients attempting to access the Department’s external website during this planned outage period.
Due to a scheduled outage, the Department’s website will be unavailable between 22:00 Friday 18th August to 03:00 Saturday 19th August 2017 (AEST).
Departmental applications such as the Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) and Online Payments will still be available during this time.
Clients who are intending on accessing departmental systems during this outage period, please do so directly:
