Records

The records listed below have been approved by the Secretary's delegate through legally binding Instruments of Approval and may not be altered in any way without the written approval of the delegate. It is to be noted that any changes to the records without the delegate's written approval will render them invalid.

The records are interactive documents which can be completed either electronically or manually after printing. For further instructions on using these records refer to the relevant user guide.

  1. PE100 Export Compliance Record PDF [187 KB]

    This record is to be used for recording inspection results for prescribed grain, seeds, nuts, hay and straw, baled cotton and forest products which are not being exported in bulk in ship hold(s).

  2. PE101 Export Compliance Record PDF [102 KB]

    This record is to be used for recording the inspection results for fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, nursery stock, bulbs, tubers, cut flowers and foliage.

  3. PE102 Export Compliance Record PDF [87 KB]

    This record is to be used for recording inspection results for prescribed grain, seeds, nuts and forest products being exported in bulk in ship hold(s).

  4. PE103 Bulk Vessel Approval Record PDF [90 KB]

    Part A of this record is to be used by shipping agents as an application for vessel approval and part B is to be used by Authorised Officers for recording the results of ship hold inspections for the purpose of issuing a vessel approval.

  5. PE104 Container Approval Record PDF [85 KB]

    This record is to be used by Authorised Officers for recording the results of empty container inspections for the purpose of issuing a container approval.

  6. PE105 Bulk Vessel Loading Running Record PDF [99 KB]

    This is an additional record to be used by Authorised Officers for inspections during bulk vessel loading to record findings, loading periods, stoppages etc at regular intervals to assist with completing PE102 Export Compliance Record.

Empty Container Sticker Stencil

The stencil should be printed on Avery Laser Shipping Label sheet (product number L7173) or equivalent sheet. The authorised officer must record the container number, date of inspection, inspection level and AO Number and sign the sticker before applying it on the container.

Certificate of loading and calibration record for an in-transit cold treatment

This record is to be used by authorised officers for recording the loading and calibration results of in-transit cold treatments.
