The department welcomes interested individuals to register to be considered for membership of agriculture portfolio boards, councils, committees and task forces. These bodies play an important role in ensuring the future prosperity of Australia’s rural industries. We are seeking people with expertise in entrepreneurship, governance, strategic planning and stakeholder communications to register on Balance, the agriculture portfolio skills database.
Decision-makers with diverse skills and experience can generate innovative approaches to business strategies and help shape the future of our agricultural industries. The department encourages women, young people, Indigenous people and people with disabilities to register.
